March 6, 2020 - Don’t really know producer, but must have bought for a reason (HDH, 2008,. $27). Nicely balanced, black cherry with some Gevrey dirt, just a touch of tannin remaining on finish. Nice, and I’ll drink other bottle soon. B+/B

January 4, 2016 - A step up from the previous bottle tasted. Much deeper color - true garnet. Lovely fruit purity without a lot of dressing. Certainly has Gevrey earth and power, but the palate incorporates some velvety notes that make things enjoyable. Could use a bit more depth on the finish but overall lovely. No hurry but no reason to wait. (91)

February 6, 2014 - Medium / light ruby with little fading. Ripe berry, ash and salty sand nose - pristine and bright. Medium body with good juicy/tart fruit flavors. Very drinkable now - showing good length. Good plus. (88)

October 12, 2013 - The nose is somewhat closed showing light scents of plum and spice. The taste is unbalanced with flavors of plum and blueberry with a hint of wild mushroom. There is still plenty of acid and some tannins left to develop this wine but it lacks fruit. So let's see what happens over the next two to three years.
