April 30, 2023 - On the nose not as showy as the DRC next to it, but on the palate shows power of a Richebourg. More tertiary than other wines tonight but drinking very nicely

April 1, 2019 - Tasted blind: one whiff of this and I was instantly in love! Drop - dead gorgeous nose of beautiful mature burgundy with that glorious autumnal "shtank" I crave. Amazing power and balance, totally elegant and enchanting. Textbook "iron fist in a velvet glove". What a treat! Amazing wine for a "less than stellar" vintage. 95+
