July 27, 2023 - A private dinner with friends (Restaurant 212 **, Amsterdam, NL): Pale golden colour, honeyed, orange zest, warm spices, creamy lemon, dry but rich, harmonious palate, deep and intense, still with lots of minerally energy, firm but gentle bitters, excellent resonance and length. Incredible quality for age and vintage.
