February 25, 2023 - PnP, last bottle. Still brooding and raisiny on open, opened up after 90-120 min. Enjoyable but might still need another 3-5 years. Should have decanted.

April 13, 2021 - Drank it in April 2021 with a 2007 St. Innocent Zenith vineyard to contrast styles. Aubert perfume and dark fruit was front and center, with a long finish (still) and a hint of raisin in the finish. Ready to drink!
