April 7, 2015 - Peter's 40th Birthday celebration at Nicolas. Light orange, very matured in appearance, with no bubbles left. Oxidative, nutty nose, with pineapples and apricots. Palate had some mushrooms, earth, brown sugar and nuts. Very interesting beginning to the evening.

Amber color
Dry apples, apricots, flowers and indian spices like cardamon, cloves. oxiditive notes but not offensive
On palate: apricot chutney, nutty, earthy with again indian spices. Long aftertaste -

July 7, 2012 - From magnum with low level. No pop. Some bubbles remained. Slightly musty but blew off after a few minutes. Very nice and likely fresher and better out of a well stored bottle.
