December 8, 2013 - Cork came out with a loud pop. Lots of bubbles still and a beautiful nose of mature pinot noir. Like a fine old burgundy, but lots of fruit still. Could have more minerals and be more complex, but all in all a beautiful wine that is peaking right now. Original release.

June 29, 2011 - Clos des Lambrays Vertical (Momofuku Ma Peche): Very intense cherry/cassis character that made this almost taste more red than rosé. Or more like cherries than grapes. Or whatever. I didn't love this but I guess you have to give it credit for retaining so much freshness. I guess.
