September 7, 2019 - Opened and it was a bit musty and needed some time. Put it in a decanter and forgot about it for a few hours. Continued to open up throughout the day. Just got fresher and fresher. Coming alive. Good old school flavors. Was very easy to drink.

    March 12, 2016 - Dekantert.
    Mellombrun kant med sentral rødme.
Litt tørr og syresterk start, etterhvert kommer den karakteristiske sødmen og kaffeovertonene frem og drar seg mot et pinotpreg. Har smakt flasker som var marginalt bedre tidligere.

December 28, 2015 - Still drinking well! Cork broke a little on extraction, but not much. Some age visible, but less than expected, garnet rim. A savoury nose, a little closed at first, but soon opened up to an aroma of sweet red fruits. Red fruits carried through to the palate, with some dark cherries, and still good acidity. Still very much alive and improved with time in glass.

October 24, 2013 - Old Rioja - A Walkabout Tasting (Roberson Wine): Clear and bright. Bol smokey and fruity nose. Soft, subtle, wonderful cherry note through to a long finish.
