Community Tasting Notes 1

August 31, 2009 - Ruby red with slightly orange reflexes. At the beginning, the nose presents red fruits, etheric and slighty animal smells. After aeration great nose balanced with vanilla, chocolate and black berries, still slightly animal notes. In the mouth very balanced with still some tannins and acidity which let me speculate that in can be stored for another 3 years, great persistence, Perfect with red meat (we had horse filet with chanterelles). Not that good with strong cheese like Epoisses!!!!
