Community Tasting Notes 3

September 14, 2012 - Poured to a pale yellow, almost straw coloring. This is a bone dry wine without a hint of sugar! Initially, an off-putting chestnut after taste that quickly faded. Lots of lemon/lime citrus and mineral notes but light and very dry. Very good !! Ready to drink as it's probably around its peak.

May 29, 2011 - Nose: Fresh aromas of citrus fruits with oak. Palate: Fairly oak dominate but good richness. Flavors of pineapple and some mineral showing.
