January 1, 2022 - 375ml. Pours a star bright medium gold and displays the beautiful harmonious qualities - where every element is perfectly aligned - that only age can deliver with bruised yellow apple, quince, sandalwood, honeycomb, cinder toffee, dried white flowers, bitter orange oil, white pepper, and a sea salt salinity. Textured with impressive density, concentration, and persistence and balanced by a fine thread of acidity running throughout. A truly delicious mature white Burgundy.

February 20, 2019 - Half bottle. Still very fresh - broad, as it should be, with broad orchard fruit, some honeyed development and just a little tertiary edge. These late 80s Jadot whites show really well ****++
