December 1, 2015 - Still quite youthful colour. Very leathery, spicy nose. Baked plum. Nuances of woodsmoke. Dry palate, light tannin. Quite tertiary, more smoky notes. Round and smooth. Velvety soft finish. Touches of sour cherry. Plenty of acidity. Probably needs drinking over the next couple of years, but at a great phase now.
