May 18, 2014 - A fine, well balanced very mature red burgundy, tilting heavily towards the savory side of things. By itself an 88 but with food a 90+!
As for site specificity, well at this point I think most people would be hard pressed to tell between this Beaune-Greves and a Beaune Aux Crass or even a Beaune Bressandes!
Such is the narrowing nature of maturity.
