May 1, 2017 - Dense rich wine with deep complex fruit - cassis, raisins, strawberry. Some acidity and alcohol give it length. Not much tannin. Enjoyable, but not subtle.

July 23, 2016 - Big wine with black cherry and dark chocolate notes throughout. Very well balanced, firm tannins, and long finish. Tasted against the '09 version of this wine, and although the '09 was fantastic, I still prefer this one at this time.

November 10, 2012 - Abundant lead pencil bouquet with blueberry and currant flavors. Beautiful texture as is usual with their wines. Medium bodied, well- balanced wine that is great for drinking young.
