  August 6, 2016 - Oaky initially on nose and palate. Then just gave way to a blunt dark wine. Second night, was not pleasurable at all and poured away.

  December 28, 2015 - Has really come together over the last year, now very enjoyable. Still slightly 'hot', but now seeing some good dark fruit, and some wood. Second night better than first.

  May 24, 2014 - This has worsened since I tasted a year ago, not much fruit, albeit still a little prune maybe. Still alcoholic heat. Disappointing

  July 27, 2013 - This has a cherry nose, but liquorice hits through the palate to start with. After an hour or two, this gave way to a lot of fruit, and also being rather heavy. Not sure where this is going, but I shall wait before trying the next bottle.
