January 18, 2012 - I have had this in my cellar for years - i bought it at the winery and have passed it up for other wines thinking i might one day use it for a red wine reduction. i took it out and opened it 100% thinking that it would be over the hill and destined to be poured down the drain. I was really surprised. The wine was good - still full of fruit, still bright ruby red. I dont know if its the plastic cork or the cool cellar - but this one held up surprisingly well for an inexpensive wine. Bravo Hop Kiln!

January 1, 2011 - Good, well cellared and it wasn't bad - middle of the road red.

January 24, 2010 - Nothing unpleasant. Simple fruity. Dark. Notes of syrah.

July 25, 2009 - Smelled and tasted like it should have been opened last year. Not turned but not very inspiring.
