June 21, 2016 - Found this in the back of the cellar. PnP. Cork in excellent shape. Medium red with some clearing at the rim. Classic Gevrey nose of iron and smoke. Good depth in the mid-palate and classic mineral finish with some slight drying tannins after being open for an hour. Nice surprise - village negotiant bottling at age 17 and $30 - but a very long lived vintage apparently!
