November 23, 1988 - At home with K at dinner (pizza). Very dark ruby. Lots of chocolatey fruit in the nose. In the mouth, dense flavors are a bit one-dimensional and oaky, with a load of mouth-drying tannins. Plummy but somewhat bitter finish. 5-9-13-5: 80/100.
