May 9, 2020 - Deep ruby to deep garnet, stewed plum, black fig, allspice, bergamot, and clove on the nose, bright dark slightly stewed fruit on the nose with spice, black plum, bright acidity, and well integrated tannins, finished with raisin-like fruit, grape, dusty tannins, bright acidity and much more

December 12, 2018 - Excellent Brunello drinking at its apex. Slightly modern style compared to the Il Poggione Riserva 2006. Both were excellent.
