May 31, 2005 - Quite deep green-gold colour.
Ripe apricot and mango on nose, honey and lemon.
Very rich concentrated fruit, a steely mineral core behind, but the fruit is right at the fore.
The acidity is quite soft, giving subtle backbone.
Has a lovely texture, with the fruit in great balance, the slate holding out on the finish.
