May 5, 2013 - Vino con un naso molto strano, tra l'erbaceo e il terroso, a tratti quasi corteccia bagnata. In bocca c'รจ freschezza ma da sola non basta, vino piuttosto scorbutico e di media finezza.

June 29, 2011 - Decanted 90 minutes. SIGHT: Clear, day bright, medium ruby core quickly fading to scarlet, salmon, peach, and an orange clear rim. Less than medium concentration and medium visocity. NOSE: sour cherry, spice, rusty nail, gardenia, perfumed. PALATE: dry, leather, cedar, dry earth, iron, sour cherry. ASSESSMENT: medium to medium- alcohol, medium+ acidity, medium+ tannins, medium to medium+ complexity, medium+ finish. Classic Chianti Classico. Expressive perfumed note. Needs more bottle aging.

February 17, 2010 - Chianti Classico (29 TN inside!) (Firenze (Italy) - Stazione Lepolda): Good fruit both at nose and mouth, but (like most of the 2006) lacking in acidity - a bit closed. Intra: 90+
