  October 16, 2015 - This is a good basic Zinfandel style red wine. It has a deep red color and some fruit nose (could not distinguish). The taste is smooth - which I interpret as higher in alcohol and mouth feel - but see interesting Lettie Teague discussion in Wall Street Journal on the topic of defining smooth (mid Oct 2015). The taste is full of black fruit taste and would compliment most meats.
