February 11, 2012 - Very pale green colour with a juicy grapefruit nose. Quite ripe and dominated by the citrus fruits, a hint of minerality and herbs in the finish.

September 25, 2011 - Pale green with a classic grapefruit and gooseberry filled nose. Very plump and fruity with crisp citrus, some minerality and zingy acidity. Enjoyable at first but the sharpness of the acidity was a little much by the end of the second glass.
