January 19, 2014 - Vinturied into a decanter and let sit for 60 minutes. Ruby coloured in the glass. Nose of sweet black cherries and crushed ripe raspberries; some dark red licorice as well. The palate has red berries and a hint of smoky black peppers and herbs. Finish could use a little more length, but for the price I paid for this bottle, I ain't complaining.
