Community Tasting Notes 1

October 5, 2010 - Initially there was nothing but preserved plums in the nose, although it wasn't as intensely savory as I'd expected. There was also some sun-dried tomatoes and a hint of smoked meats. The wine improved after a wine and gained a little more body.
