Community Tasting Notes 1

January 30, 2016 - Meaty and vegetal notes on the nose. Palate is dry and savoury with some pretty red fruits emerging before thumping acidity on the finish. Typical of the high acid 2008s. This would not be most people's idea of good fun but was enjoyable if a little challenging with a steak bearnaise.
