December 23, 2016 - Had more balance of fruit, spice and earthiness then the blend. The acidity level played well with food. Tannins have mostly resolved.

September 3, 2015 - Can't believe I'm already on bottle #11. Holding steady and it's been fun to follow this inaugural vintage of the project that gave us insight into the winemaker's style and fabric. Now, the recent vintages allow us to observe the progression of their talents and subsequent improvement of the product. I followed this bottle for over a week with a sip every few days and it was most enjoyable at the end of the bottle. Takeaway: give this lots of aeration and there's no rush to open my last one.
