March 6, 2014 - Improved in smell and taste over the course of a week with the initial wood dominant flavors folding into the background and harmonizing with the fruit and tannin, black cherry, graphite and raspberry. Kept o/n at 4*C, poured into glasses and allowed to gradually come to serving temp.
