November 30, 2014 - Floral on the nose with apples. Piercing acidity with grapefruit and sharp apples yet also smooth and with good weight. Mineral and mouthwatering, delicious!
February 5, 2013 - Deep straw colour; initially muffled nose, later herby & minerally; this benefited from time in the glass & air as it filled out. Broad, powerful, dry, a core of white fruits; fresh feel; can be drunk now & next 3 years.
October 21, 2011 - Nice aromatics of bright chenin fruit, dried herbs, dense minerality and white florals. The palate has nice density to it but is really tightly wound. This will take some time to develop its secondary characteristics and it'll be exciting when it does. I'd recommend some decanting or better yet, 3-5 years of cellaring.
May 22, 2011 - Takes a while to open out. Has that thrilling minerality, utterly expressive. Characterful & deliciously drinkable. Can be drunk now & next 5 years.
June 21, 2010 - Un peu déçu. Je m'attendais à un vin très ample, avec beaucoup de gras. C'est en réalité très droit, tendu, et complètement fermé au nez. Je l'ai ouverte trop tôt. Je n'ai pas non plus détecté beaucoup de bois. 14/20 en l'état.
March 13, 2010 - Pale; pears, clean, enticing;
has presence & substance; crisp acidity, youthful, rounded; finishes in lively manner, extended length. Should improve.
