August 29, 2013 - Maybe it was the food pairing, but this wine sang tonight. Drank with BBQ salmon served over hash brown potatoes. Absolutely delicious wine. Wouldn't bother holding on to any other bottles...this is at it's peak. Wish this wasn't my last one.

November 8, 2012 - Had a slight cold so may not have been tasting well. However I liked this a lot. Paired well with bbq salmon. Had the impression that it was ready to drink but would improve from additional cellaring.
