September 17, 2023 - A touch of rustic notes on the nose but some lovely red currant, tobacco, and spice notes. Getting better with air.
Medium body, med acid, med+ tannin. Quite powerful in the mouth for a wine of its age.
Finish shows a bit of iron and rustic qualities again.
All in all, damn good and will be in a great spot over the next 5+ years -

June 23, 2019 - No more tannins left. On the nose, cedar, red fruits. Sweet on the palate, fruitcake. Soft mouthfeel.
