November 4, 2005 - Wow -- the classic Riesling experience: a complex comination of crisp geen apple, floral, and slate, with just a hint of carbonation to make it refreshing. Paired it with a simplified choucroute garni for an amazing combination! This is the wine to convert the skeptical that dry Rieslings are often hidden gems in the white wine aisle.
