  December 6, 2021 - From glass. Nose at first cool and somewhat vegetal, followed by a sense of being suspended from a helicopter and having your nose over a lake of cool, creamy, mellow cab fruit - like there's a lot there, but it's a bit far away. Similar, delicious palate. Rather youthful still, I would say; tannins still gripping. Quite nice indeed. Maybe just another hour or so in glass for it to warm up?

  December 31, 2020 - Amazing Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. French style. Beautiful color, flavor and slight tannins with nice acid.
