  August 15, 2007 - Same as previous notes. A bit more like a Chablis than before, but very nice. Gained weight during the first two hours (also, could have been to cold)

  February 21, 2007 - On the nose, melon, citrus, oak and hazelnut. On the palate, light to medium-bodied with citrus, pears, and lots of minerals. Somewhat of a waxy mouthfeel, with hazelnut and oak showing on a medium finish.
