August 18, 2021 - Opened at 10am initially sour plums and tart, by dinner the first pour was a significant revelation. This was a different wine with a dense floral nose. On the palate it was just delicious with a hint of sour plums but coming together with just enough sweetness fruit, soy sauce, salty, creating a umami elixir which made you want to just keep smelling and tasting. This was long and concentrated. Just sensational.
