June 13, 2014 - decanted for 2+ hours as guests arrived and we were enjoying appetizers. We often forget to do this - but tonight, was totally worth it. This wine really was wonderful. Smooth and a lot of personality - maybe not like a hearty zin, but a fresh, somewhat spicy nice wine.
