February 22, 2018 - Sames as previous bottles, very enjoyable!

November 9, 2017 - Retailer tasting. The wine was medium ruby in colour, with garnet edges. It offered dark fruit, a hint of chocolate, spices and vegetal notes on the nose, and red and dark fruit, vegetal notes, spice and a hint of smoke on the palate, with medium-level acidity, dry, chewy tannin and good length. The wine had good fruit concentration, but lacked balance and did not show any signs of the usual polish of the 2009 vintage. Not pleasant to drink at its current stage. One for the long distance? Given the chewy tannin and the lack of integration that would be a gamble I would not take. NR

May 27, 2017 - Really good classic Saint Emilion!
