June 18, 2010 - A blueberry pie nose leads to integrated basket-weave of blue and black fruits. Accent of leather and oak over well-structured tannins. Only a short finish holds this back from classic status among Finger Lakes Merlot. May improve over 1-3 years. Decanted prior to tasting.
