January 12, 2016 - Pascal Doquet - same wine, different dosage: 3.5g/l dosage was my favourite of the trio. Lovely creamy stony nose with hint of curd, flowers, zephyr. Well integrated, pleasant body and mouthfeel. Interesting note of fresh cucumber develops with time. Excellent.
