(Chapelle des Bois Fleurie) #1; COLOR-medium; NOSE-very floral; lilac, rose petals; potpourri; hint of cranberry; pickle juice; a salty minerality; PALATE-heavier than most Beaujolais's; has some bite; a gamey aspect; I'm feeling the heat on this; the tannins are kind of soft; an intriguing mix of milk chocolate covered rose petals; fresh and clean; good complexity; nice long finish; I like this wine and love the heavier body of this wine; great with whole fish; JR-88; GV-89+
