  January 14, 2014 - Bouquet of slightly funky, ripe fruit - sweet strawberries, apples just starting to go bad and lingonberries. Seems older then it is. On the palate a bit soft but the balance is alright with medium acids, some softish tannins, a dusting of minerals etc. The fruit is still in the funky, fermenting spectrum but quite enjoyable. There is some pepper as well, especially on the finish, but not that much. On the whole an obvious but alright 'vin nature'.

  This really screams pepper to you! Spicy and peppery, with some well-riped strawberries. A different and pleasing wine!
