July 2, 2015 - No formal notes. Extremely enjoyable, and probably would not cellar this much longer. Ready to go.

June 6, 2011 - No formal notes, but a very refined and balanced sparkler. Crisp and dry, good citrus and mineral notes. Very enjoyable.

February 5, 2011 - A meatier, less yeasty sparkler than some; a bit of a diesely, oily component toward the back of the mouth but pleasant, engaging; a light metallic golden color, and nice bubbles; minerally. Purchased at the winery in December 2010.
