May 7, 2011 - Aromatics make me think of a big bowl of juicy ripe red fruits. Also has an underlying element of spice and marmalade that adds dimension. This is quite the large bodied Rose. For the red wine drinker who wants it cold or to compromise with white wine drinkers or as in our case, something very refreshing on a hot late spring AZ day. I can enjoy the weight, even though I prefer my roses a little more delicate, but it is definitely showing heat. @ 14.9% its hot. However the positive side to that is the added texture. As my girlfriend says, this is a man rose. 89-90
