April 23, 2014 - Begynner å modnes denne her. Er fortsatt bra med syre igjen, men slik er jo denne årgangen. Er personlig ikke spesielt glad i hvite 2008 og dette gjenspeiles også i min karaktersetting. Er allikievel en helt ok vin.

April 8, 2014 - Upon release the acidity was off the charts. There are different types of acidity too. It was electric lime juice to me. Then, it had more of a Chassagne nose. Both the acidity and the Chassagne-ness have calmed down. It might have been better a year or two ago, hard to tell. Good now, more golden, still lime and tangerine or mandarin orange on nose, with a touch of white Burgundy "lanolin" and "hay" aromas. Still good acidity (more in check), rounder on the palate, nice mineral, secondary aromas. Prefer it now to it a few years ago. Good for what is just an AOC Bourgogne Blanc with clever marketing! Clearly deserves slightly higher ranking though. Buy again, not sure.

November 26, 2013 - Acidity makes this wine so alive. Lives for next 5 years easily. This has medium yellow color with strong tangerine, citric nose. Looks more like poully fousse.

On the mouth has strong body, like a mersault, but citric and fruty notes as a montrachet.

very good wine. I would say requires food pairing for now given the acidity.

August 15, 2012 - Nice acid with citrus notes. Well balanced food wine

April 11, 2012 - Clean palate, round in the mouth, lacks the cut and precision of Chablis, but some very interesting peppery notes on the palate. One nights two and three the oak really sticks out. Nothing special at all.

Octopus risotto. Also suggest seafood pasta. Any seafood dish wish some carbs to fight the acidity
