April 11, 2024 - Dekantert. En helt annen vin enn den jeg åpna sent i 2021. Slank, diskret, nesten sober. Dette er en glederlig overraskelse.

March 25, 2024 - Brought this wine to Lao Beijing for a wine dinner. Theme of the evening: Super Tuscan wines with no Sangiovese, 2010 or older, $120 and above.
Decanted for an hour. Brickish-purple, with a nose that presented youthful notes. Sweet, powerful attack with a mellow midpalate.
A little disjointed at this point. May need more time in the bottle for the elements to come together nicely. -

February 17, 2024 - Bright vivid, garnet with the touch of orange, and a hint of cloudiness. Mixed berries in the nose with a hint of cream. Soft velvety texture with cream, red berries, a touch of acrid funk, and a long cream and red cherry finish.

January 2, 2024 - One hour decant. Fragrant. Black fruit, plum, leather and earth. Medium bodied and balanced. Dusty tannins and a medium length finish. Paired well with pork roast.
