September 9, 2010 - I'm not sure about this one. It seemed unbalanced not long after opening, but settled down with some brarbly dark fruits with a hint of star anise on the nose. The mouth feel was not as thin as I was expecting, but it was not the big almost chewy texture I prefer. I suspect that this would be interesting drinking in 3-5 years from now.
