July 20, 2013 - Same notes as previous bottles. A cocktail of a rose. Dense, dark, sweet and spicy. Reminds me of when I smoked clove cigarettes as a young adult.

February 26, 2013 - Same notes as previous bottles. Fruit and alcohol have integrated a little, bringing out even more spice. Strawberry as vibrant as every. Still a bruiser with at least a four-hour decant needed. Glad I have two more bottles.

June 11, 2012 - Spicy on the nose. Cola, strawberry, pepper on the palette. This is a big rose, not a simple summer quaffer. But a little too much heat on the finish.
