April 18, 2012 - A pretty salmon colored wine. Strawberries and roses on the nose. Faintly strawberry and rose petals on the palette. Decent acid.

May 19, 2011 - very soft pink/salmon color. Tart strawberries, pears, and some lemon meringue pie. Very light in the mouth and dry for a domestic rose (which i like). I love the acidity on this wine, makes it a beautiful food wine. I would purchase this again but it didn't quite stack up to the Gustave Lorentz rose from Alsace I had last week. Great effort though.

July 24, 2010 - 40th Birthday - 1970 Vintage Tasting (Casa del Woodruff): Very light, pale pink color, with vibrant acidity, and tasty strawberry fruit.

June 20, 2010 - Aromas of strawberries and wet rocks that meld into flavors of tart but juicy berries. Bright acidity and minerality makes this a very thirst quenching, refreshing rosé.
