  February 1, 2019 - This is The Little engine that could wine. I didn't give this one a snowball's chance of still being good. Actually turns out that this one has a fair amount of black cherry on both nose and palate. Hint of cola in the middle. Some smoked meats towards the finish. I think this is definitely over the hill, but I would say if you like your cabs with a little bit of funk to them moreso than just traditional aged notes, this is the perfect time to drink these. Definitely not going to get any better in the bottle.

  May 26, 2017 - Medium (+) ruby color. Aromas of dark and dark red fruits, eucalyptus, and cocoa. Medium body and acid, medium (+) finish, with flavors of dark red fruits, chocolate, orange peel, and spices. Balanced cab that went perfectly with our steaks tonight.
