Flavors the same, texture is smooth with fully integrated acidity, much evolved from two years ago, when the acidity was (good but) rougher. A lovely tipple. I am struck again by the similarity between the flavor profile of reasonably mature dry riesling and reasonably mature premier cru Chablis, albeit the riesling is a bit richer/sweeter (the apple pie note).

Showing some secondary notes of petrol/minerals and just a hint of RS to balance the very strong acids. This is delicoius now, so no need to wait, but could be even better if the acids drop just a bit. I'll drink one in the next 1-2 years and hold one longer to see if the fruit can outwait the acids. Very good now.
