May 10, 2005 - Israeli wines offline in London (La Trouvaille, London): 91% Cab. Sauvignon, 9% Merlot and aged in new French oak for 15 months. Good nose of currants and berries, earth and basil .This wine has a nice structure to it - soft tannins, balanced acidity and alcohol that all sit together quite nicely. Quite a hedonistic wine and very consistent in style with the 2001 I had a few months back. Very good.
